MADEN Hotel

Between March 15 and March 19, my colleagues and I stayed at Maden hotel. This review intends to express our most sincere appreciation to your staff for their professionalism which made our stay in Madinah very fulfilling. You may wish to know that for over the last 25 years my colleagues and I have come for UMRA in the last 15 days of Ramadan. During this time we have stayed in many hotels in Madinah including but not limited to, Hilton, Movenpick, intercontinental Darul Hijra, Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick and Crowne Plaza Al Madinah. I must say your staff handled us extremely well to our complete satisfaction. In particular, I would like to single out Mr. Saleh Al Hariqi for his dedication and professionalism from the day we made enquiry about your Hotel until the day we left for Makkah. Please convey our special appreciation to him. Our stay at Maden hotel has certainly left a permanent positive impression about your hotel for which, we will have no hesitation in recommending other clients including my fellow diplomats stay at your hotel. In Shah Allah we will see next year if not sooner.

Good Location, close to Haram, shops, food courts and easy to get a taxi from there or a cart to Quba usually parked outside the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The House Keeping team was excellent. Did a brilliant job of cleaning up the rooms daily. Rooms are huge and spacious,clean and have all the necessary amenities and coffee/Tea facilities. . Welcome coffee and fruit basket on arrival. Lifts are quick and efficient. Only 12 floors in the hotel. Very nice coffee shop in the hotel for takeaway drinks but it also has an outside seating area with a minimum spend with a nice view of the mosque. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again In'sha Allah!

Location! location! location! The location for my elderly mother to take her to Masjid e Nabawi. Loved the woodwork and cozy clean rooms. Exceptionally professional Restraunt staff. Omar, Jehan Ali, Sheikh Asif, and tall guy at live egg. All with genuine, polite, empathtic mannerisms. Although it was costly for breakfast and Lunch,, but I preferred to do so for food safety. Food was ample, fresh with variety. Fresh juice, fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee was always available. Abdul Rahman , the duty manager (exceptional individual), and all other staff I interacted on M1 reception were professional, polite, and attentive to guests. Room service was always present on floors, and I had to call them at odd hours as per my Mothers need, and they helped as requested. Door guards on both ends did their jobs attentively, and the new guard was vigilant to ask me to show the hotel card.

I liked alot the service and the treatment that was given specially during the dinner time from mister Jihan, you are doing great sir. I would like to appreciate his work and service. The house keeping boys on 11th floor did a great job in cleaning and changing the bedding and all perfect and amazing job. I would like to visit again. The best of all was the view . It was amazing.

The room is spacious and Nicely furnished . Very comfortable bed .good size of closet and the number of drawers . Very good lighting in the room . The hotel has more than 5 elevators to server gusts rapidly . Very good location close to bus stop .also golf car station to masjid Qiba .
